The Agricultural Cooperative Gospoja (meaning "Lady") from Vrbnik was founded in 1994 as a family business of the Toljanić family who are traditionally growing vineyards and producing the famous Žlahtina wine.

The following year after the Coperative had been founded the activity spread also to catering. In 1995 a restaurant Gospoja was opened; in 1999 a wine cellar Gospoja as well, and the same year a new wine production line was built on an area of about 800 m2. In 2003 a caffe-bar Vrbnička Žlahtina was opened. The owners of the whole real estate are members of the Toljanić family, which includes buildings, catering objects, soil and vineyards in the Valley of Vrbnik, as well as all the movable property - machines and equipment for wine production.

Every year considerable investments are made into new plantations, purchasing new machines, equipment and packing materials - resulting in a higher quality of our products.

Alongside with a permanent increase of our production we are introducing NEW TECHNOLOGIES that give more and more competitive products in the market. At the same time our methods of processing wine are environment protecting. The chief product of the A.C. Gospoja is the autochtonous wine Vrbnička Žlahtina from the wine grapes grown in our own vineyards and processed in our own wine cellars. Beside this, our catering activities are spreading every year faster. These two branches are very much connected, because our genuine wine is offered in our restaurant Gospoja, our wine cellar Gospoja, and our caffe bar Vrbnička Žlahtina as well.

In recent years our wine Vrbnička Žlahtina is represented in the demanding markets in Germany, Austria, Holland, Switzerland, and the UK - gaining ground in other countries as the production increases (Russia, USA and Canada).

"GOSPOJA" - poljoprivredna zadruga obitelji Toljanić osnovana je 1995. godine. Bazira se na stoljetnoj obiteljskoj tradiciji uzgoja autohtone sorte vinove loze – Vrbničke Žlahtine, proizvodnji vina i domaćih rakija.

Uz uzgoj grožđa i vinarstvo proširili smo svoju djelatnot i na ugostiteljstvo kako bi svoj proizvod mogli ponuditi kroz vlastite ugostiteljske objekte. Na taj način unutar naše kuće pratimo proces od uzgoja grožđa – proizvodnje vina – do plasmana gotovog proizvoda; tzv. proizvodni proces "od polja do stola". Uz vino našim gostima nudimo i izvrsnu mladu janjetinu također iz vlastitog uzgoja.

U svom sastavu danas imamo: vinariju "Toljanić", restoran i konobu "Gospoja" i konobu "Vrbnička Žlahtina" gdje se mogu degustirati i kupiti svi naši proizvodi. Restoran i konoba Gospoja otvoreni su od polovice ožujka do kraja listopada, a konoba Vrbnička Žlahtina radi cjelu godinu. Uz bogatu ponudu autohtonih krčkih specijaliteta možete degustirati naše proizvode te kupiti vino "za van". P.z. Gospoja ima 22 zaposlenika u stalnom radnom odnosu, a za vrijeme turističke sezone zapošlajva još 10-tak sezonskih radnika.

Naš glavni proizvod „Žlahtina Toljanić“ je najnagrađivanija Žlahtina u posljednjih 20 godina na domaćim i inozemnim sajmovima. Prisutna je tržištu na Hrvatske, EU i Amerike.
